Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Domaise.com, we strive to provide the most accurate real-time domain data. Because our service provides immediate access to digital information, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Domaise.com subscription at any time. To cancel, simply navigate to your « Account Settings » dashboard and click on « Manage Subscription, » or contact our support team at support@domaise.com. No further charges will be made after your cancellation, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital data services and the immediate value provided upon access, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started. This policy ensures the integrity of our data and prevents « database scraping » without compensation.
3. Annual Plan Grace Period
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day grace period from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within these 7 days, provided you have not performed bulk exports of our domain database. A small administrative fee may be deducted to cover Stripe processing costs.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We value our customers and handle technical issues on a case-by-case basis. If a documented technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, we may issue a pro-rated credit or a partial refund at our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. We respond to all support tickets within 24-48 business hours. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to our data.
