The service is intended for professional use, including but not limited to market research, business development, and SEO analysis.
3. User Obligations & Professional Conduct

Lawful Use : You agree to use the data provided by Domaise.com in accordance with all local, national, and international laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and CASL).

No Spam : Domaise.com does not endorse or facilitate unsolicited commercial email (spam). You are solely responsible for how you contact the owners of the domains found via our platform.

Account Security : You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Payments : All payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee.

Price Changes : We reserve the right to modify our pricing with a 30-day notice to active subscribers.

Automatic Renewal : Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the user dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Data Limitations and Disclaimer

Source of Data : Our data is aggregated from public DNS records and WHOIS databases. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
