Terms of Use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what Domaise is, and that you are responsible for how you use the information you find with it.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of domaise.com and the Domaise application (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Domaise LLC, a United States limited liability company ("Domaise", "we", "us").

By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you accept these Terms, our Terms of Sale and our Privacy policy. If you use the Service for a company, you accept these Terms for that company and confirm that you are allowed to do so. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What Domaise is

Domaise is a search tool. It lets you filter lists of recently registered domain names by keyword, date, extension, country and other criteria, and open the public registration (WHOIS / RDAP) record of a domain when you click the WHOIS button.

Domaise does not create this information. It comes from domain registries, registrars and third-party data providers, and it is the same information that anyone can look up in public WHOIS services. We do not check it, we do not complete it and we do not contact domain owners.

The WHOIS window shows the public registration record of a domain, including the contact details that the registry publishes. Lists and exports with contact details are offered only with the Agency offer, under a separate written agreement, and these Terms continue to apply to it. You must use contact details only in line with the anti-spam, direct-marketing and data-protection laws that apply to you (for example CASL, CAN-SPAM, the GDPR or Moroccan law 09-08), and never for unsolicited bulk messages.

3. Who can use the Service

  • The Service is for professional (business-to-business) use only. It is not offered to consumers.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate account information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • One account is for one person and one business. You may not share your account or its login with another company or person, nor sell or transfer it. Only one session can be open at a time: logging in on a new device logs out the others. We may suspend or close an account that is shared, without refund.

4. Your responsibility for how you use the results

You alone decide whether and how you use any information found through the Service, and you alone are responsible for that use. Domaise only gives you access to search filters and to public records; it does not send messages, make calls or carry out any marketing on your behalf.

Before you contact anyone or use any information, you must make sure that your use is lawful in every country concerned. In particular, you must:

  • follow all data-protection, privacy, anti-spam and direct-marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (for example the GDPR and UK GDPR, PECR, the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA, Canada's CASL and PIPEDA, Morocco's law 09-08, and US state privacy laws);
  • have a valid legal basis for any processing you do, and obtain consent wherever the law requires it;
  • identify yourself clearly, give a working way to opt out, and honour every opt-out and objection without delay;
  • follow the terms of use of the registries, registrars and WHOIS services from which the information comes;
  • act as an independent data controller (or the equivalent under your law) for any personal information you collect, keep or use. Domaise is not your processor or agent.

5. What you must not do

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or automated calls or texts, or use the Service for telemarketing without the consent required by law.
  • Harass, threaten, deceive or defraud anyone, including through phishing, fake invoices, fake renewal notices or domain-related scams.
  • Resell, publish, share, rent or redistribute results, records or exports, or build a database or competing product from them.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service, or go around its limits, rate limits or security.
  • Use the Service to discriminate against anyone, to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance or housing, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Use the information about a person after that person has asked you or us to stop.

6. Third-party data and accuracy

The information shown comes from third parties and may be incomplete, out of date, wrong or hidden by privacy services. Registries can change or withdraw it at any time. Domaise does not guarantee that a domain, a record or any detail is accurate, complete or available, or that a search will return a given number of results.

7. Requests from domain owners

If you own a domain shown in the Service and want us to stop showing information about it, contact us through the contact page. We handle these requests within a reasonable time. If we tell you that a person has objected, you must stop using their information.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close your account at any time, without notice and without refund of remaining credits, if we believe that you break these Terms, use the Service in a way that could harm Domaise, other users, domain owners or our partners, or if a complaint, a payment dispute or a request from an authority concerns your account.

You can close your account at any time from your account page.

9. Our rights

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Domaise. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for your own business under these Terms. Domaise claims no ownership of public registration data.

10. No warranty

The Service and all information are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domaise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domaise and its members, managers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Domaise for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Domaise in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if you paid nothing.

Domaise is not responsible for how you or any other user use information found through the Service.

12. Your indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Domaise and its members, managers, employees and suppliers from and against any claim, complaint, investigation, fine, penalty, damages, loss, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service or of any information found through it; (b) any message, call or other contact you make; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your breach of any law or of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the United States under which Domaise LLC is organized, and by the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

14. General

  • We may change these Terms. We will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
  • If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over the Service.
  • These Terms, the Terms of Sale, the Privacy policy and any Enterprise agreement are the whole agreement between you and Domaise about the Service.

15. Contact
